Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup
    Salt, Garlic Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder to taste, 1 serving
    Baby Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp

Directions

I put all the ingredients in the crock pot and ran on low for a few hours.

Serving Size: 6 servings... at least!
