Ingredients

    4 bananas
    1 egg
    1.5 cups of flour
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 cup honey

Directions

Mash the bananas, add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Bake as a single loaf (60 min) or make muffins (25-30 min).

Serving Size: Makes 10-12 muffins or 1 loaf of bread
