Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4- 3oz Tilapia Fillets
1/3 Cup Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice
    2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    1/2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange tilapia fillets in a baking dish. (I prefer to use a large square glass cake pan). Cover with orange juice. Divide old bay,sea salt, pepper, and rosemary over fillets. Bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes. Broil fish for remaining 5 minutes for a crispy finish. (Note: cooking times may vary depending on thickness of tilapia fillets. Salt can be ommited, and old bay cut back for a lower sodium dish.)

    Good
Too much Old Bay seasoning, even when only half was used. I actually broiled mine the entire time because they were such thin fillets...adds a good crisp to the fish! Also, adding in some lemon juice added an extra tang. - 4/8/08
