Introduction

Those are actually German Pancakes, but since Pancakes are very different between Germany and the American parts of the world, we will stick with crepes. Those are very basic, I like to mix them up with either something sweet like honey or something healthy like spinach and top it with applesauce or feta cheese, depending on the mood. Just add the missing ingredient into the dough and chose toppings at will.
This recipe packs a punch on protein. It is fast and easy to make and incredibly versatile.
The whole wheat flour makes it more tart, So taste before frying.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

2 Egg white (or whole egss)
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Flour, white
    3 cupsMilk, 1%
    2 Tbsp Whey protein
1 Tbsp Magarine or non stick cooking spray to fry

Tips

I chose magarine, because I have to avoid animal fatty acids. You can of course use butter or non stick cooking spray (which is not very common in Germany)
I always go very lightly on the margarine because I like my crepes less fatty, but that is personal preference.
Same with the thickness of the crepes. I use less dough to make them thinner, but that too is up to you.
Go Wild :)

Directions

Mix the flours
Mix eggs and milk, carefully whisk in flour to avoid clumps. (add in whatever else ingredients you like. Honey, Agave, Sugar, Spinach, Feta.. be creative!)

Heat 1/3 of the magarine in a medium frying pan, add aproximately 1/2 cup of dough. Spread thinly in the pan.
Fry until it gets lose from the pan, then turn it. Fry some more.

Careful! Whole wheat flour makes crepes really sticky, so make sure you absolutely use cooking spray or Margarine or something similar, or they wont come off of the pan

Serving Size: makes ~10 crepes
