Ingredients

    1/3c olive oil
    2 tbsp each basil & parsley
    1/2 c finely chopped onion
    2-4 garlic finely chopped
    1/4-1/2 c white wine
    3 tomatoes chopped
    shrimp
    scallops
    flake style crab flavoured seafood
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

heat olive oil. make you favourite pasta while this is cooking. put in basil & Parsley, pepper for about 1 min. add onion, peppers, white wine and tomatoes. cook for a minute then add seafood cook until done shrimp is pink.
