    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    TORTILLAS, Flour, MISSION Fajita 6 inch, 32g, 2 serving (remove)
    Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    1% low fat cottage cheese (Great Value), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 6 large (remove)

Tips

try to use as much low sodium, non fat as you can and it will reduce the overall 'bad' stuff.

all fresh and precooked or canned so build in one pan and cook until eggs are set
