Ingredients

    24 oz. Pork Lo Mein, thinly sliced
    3 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup snow peas
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp ginger
    pepper to taste
    crushed red pepper
    3 pkg ramen noodles, cooked
    1 cup soy
    1 cup chicken broth
    sesame oil
    2 tbs corn starch

Tips

Next time I will do 4 cups of cabbage and 2 pkg of ramen noodles.


Directions

Marinade pork with soy, pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic and ginger for 3-4 hours. Cook ramen noodles not including flavor packet. Add 2 tbs sesame oil to wok and fry pork just until browned and remove from wok. Stir fry cabbage, onions, bell pepper and snow peas in wok. Add broth and corn starch and thicken. Stir in noodles.
