Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup Water
    2 Tbls Butter, softened
    2 Tbls granulated sugar
    2 tsp Salt
    4 cups Flour
    3 tsp Yeast
    6 cups Pizza Sauce
    3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded
    80 slices Pepperoni, (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick)
    1 cup Onions, chopped

Directions

I use my Bread Machine 4# Loaf Recipe for 2 pizzas ~ add first 6 ingredients in order to Bread Machine Loaf Pan. Use your "dough" setting. After cycle is finished, divide dough into two pieces. Use cooking spray for pans. Press dough out evenly onto pans. Let rise for at least 30 minutes. Add your pizza toppings. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until dough is browned on the bottom.

Makes 2 pizzas in 18x12x1 pan
(24 per pan) cut 6 by 4
