    kale, raw, 10 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 10 cup
    Carrots, raw, 5 cup, strips or slices
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)
    *1 Tbs. chopped fresh mint, 3 serving
    Lemons, peeled, 2 fruit (2-1/8" dia)
    *Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, 2 fruit (3-3/4" dia)
    Apples, fresh with skin, 3 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
    Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    *Beet juice fresh, 3 cups
    *Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp

Directions

There is no need to cook any of the veggie's. Raw helps provide more vitamins, minerals, etc. Place all ingredients in a blender, Thin with water. You may opt to add plain yogurt for protein or nuts and ice to create a slushy
