Introduction

Was going to make chicken cacciatore, but only had one can tomato sauce. The other can was vodka sauce, so I thought I would try it. Turned out very yummy! Ingredients

    1 jar garden vegatable spaghetti sauce
    1 jar vodka sauce
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 cups frozen mixed bell peppers
    2 (4oz) cans mushrooms

Directions

Put vegatables into bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken breasts on top. Cover with sauces. Cook covered on High 3-4 hours (or 6-8 hours on Low). Cut up chicken and return to sauce. Serve over whole grain pasta or brown rice. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
