Ingredients

    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh
    2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    6.50 cup Cabbage, napa
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    2 cup Carrot - raw, chopped
    2 cup Onion - Raw, chopped
    4 serving Clove of Garlic
    1 serving 1 cup green pepper chopped
    2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1 serving bush's reduced sodium great northern beans 15.8 oz can rinsed and drained
    3 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    2 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil

Tips

This is my go-to late summer soup. Great with everything.


Directions

Melt butter in a large stock pot.
Saute onion and celery.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
Simmer 1 hour.
Stir, adjust seasoning as desired.
