Ingredients

    -Four large size plantains
    -4 Tbps Flour
    -2 eggs
    -1/4 cup water
    -1tps salt
    -1Tbps sugar
    -1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

1. Slice plantains into small pieces
2. In a large size bowl mix the flour, eggs, water, salt, and sugar together.
3. Heat up the oil in a frying pan
4. Once the oil is heated up, dip in each slice of plantain in the dough and carefully place it in the pan
5. Wait until one side is brown, and flip them over carefully
6. Remove slices onto a plate, wait a minute for cool down


Serving Size: makes 16 slices
