Ingredients

    1 TBSP chia seeds
    1 cup whole-wheat or whole grain flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 can (16 oz) organic pumpkin ( I make my own, use 2 cups pureed)
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    1 TBSP vanilla
    1/2 cup walnus or pecans ( I used 1.5 oz walnuts)

Directions

bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. I sprayed the muffin pan with oil.
