Ingredients

    1 c sliced celery
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 14-1/2 oz-can low sodium tomatoes, cut up
    1 14 1/2 oz-can reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1/2 of a 6 oz can (1/3 cup) tomatoe paste
    1 T worcestershire sauce
    1-1/2 t cajun seasonings
    1 lb. of skinless, boneless chicken breast cut
    into 3/4 in. pieces
    1 1/2 cups of instant rice
    8 oz. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
    3/4 c chopped green sweet pepper

Directions

1. 3 1/2 - 4 qt crockery cooker combine celery,
onion, undrained tomatoes, broth, tomato
paste, worcestershire sauce, & cajun
seasoning. Stir in chicken.

2. Cover & cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6
hours or on high heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Stir in rice, shrimp, & sweet peper. Cover
& let stand 10 to 15 min. or until most of the
liquid is absorbed & rice is tender. Makes 6
servings
