Introduction

A no-bake, low-carb, low-sugar, snack that you can store in the freezer and grab one on the go. A no-bake, low-carb, low-sugar, snack that you can store in the freezer and grab one on the go.
Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    raisins 1/2 c.
    flax seeds 1/4 c.
    chia seeds 1/4 c.
    rolled oats 1 1/2 c.
    flaxseed meal 1/4 c.
    walnuts chopped 1/4 c.
    truvia (natural sweetner) 3 Tbsp.
    peanut butter 1 1/2 c.
    mini chocolate chips 2 Tbsp.

Tips

If the mixture seems too crumbly, add a little more peanut butter.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. You can either use a spoon to measure, or just grab a small amount and form into a "mini" meatball shaped ball. Put onto a plate, then store in a container. These are great stored in the freezer.

Serving Size: Makes about 50 small balls. A rounded Tablespoonful
