Introduction

Traditional French Canadian desert. My Grandma used to make them out of the scraps when she made pies but I needed something to take to work for a pot luck so I made a batch from scratch and thought I'd see just how bad for me they were. Now that I know, I think they're actually worth the price. Yum. Traditional French Canadian desert.
