    1 pound beef top round steak
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 can Tomato Soup (10.75 oz)
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp crushed red peppers
    3 tsp minced dried onions
    1 tsp beef bullion
    1/2 cup water
    3 cups brocolli florets, fresh or frozen
    4 cups cooked rice


Slice beef into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet.. Add beef and stir fry until browned and juices evaporate. Add all other ingredients, except the brocolli and rice. Heat to a boil. Add brocolli and simmer for 15 minutes or until brocolli is tender/crisp. Serve over the rice.

Serving Size: Makes four servings at approx 1 1/2 cups each
