Introduction

A great salad for lunch, dinner or snack. A great salad for lunch, dinner or snack.

Ingredients

    2 Avocado, Haas
    2 Tomato, Red
    2 Tablespoon Cilantro
    2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Dice the avocado and tomato. Add to bowl
Chop the cilantro. Add to bowl.
Add lemon juice.
Mix and let chill for at least an hour.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
