15g Sunflower Seeds, Salted or Unsalted, Oven Toasted

Tips

If you add too much liquid, the bars will not hold together.

Directions

Soak dried dates in boiling water; set aside.
Measure out all other ingredients.
Use 2 tablespoons of the water to reconstitute the PB2.
Chocolate chips and sunflower seeds need to be chopped into smaller pieces. (Can be done in food processor at the end of mixing everything together.)
Using your food processor, add dates without the water, process until almost a paste.
To the dates, add quick oats, black chia seeds, ground flax seed, sesame seeds, Tera's Whey Protein Powder (chocolate flavor), and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Dreams. Mix together in food processor. Add chocolate chips and sunflower seeds. Process until all is mixed together. If it's too thick, (mixture should be a little dry) use some of the water from soaking the dates to thin it out. Start with a tsp at a time.
Place in smaller square dish and cut into 6 squares.
Keep refrigerated.
