Ingredients

    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (seperated)
    6 T. chocolate chips, melted
    Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine sugar and butter. Add in egg yolks and blend. Then add melted chocolate.
Add milk and dry ingredients (flour, powder, soda) together with wet, mixing well. Beat together for about 2minutes. Add stiffly beaten egg whites and flavoring and fold together.

Turn into lightly greased pan- 1 8x8x2 loaf pan (50-60min at 350). or until toothpick comes out clean.

Make 16 servings in loaf pan that are 2"x2".
