Amazingly apostate and decadent desert combining the best of all hedonistic worlds COFFEE AND ALCOHOL! Don't try to explain this to the TBM relatives and potluck guests they just won't understand.

Ingredients

    ***The Pudding***
    6 large croissants
    6 extra large eggs
    2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
    1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract

    ***The Topping***
    1 Cup half & half
    Starbucks Coffee Via instant coffee packet
    1 dove dark or milk chocolate bar
    1/2 cup powdered sugar


Tips

If you want this desert to be sweeter double the sugar in the recipe and add 2 Tbsp sugar to half and half


Directions

Cut croissants into 1 inch cubes and place in a well buttered large glass baking dish

Mix eggs, heavy cream, Kahlua, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a blender and pour over croissant pieces. Press croissants down to help them absorb moisture. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes and serve in small bowl

Combine instant coffee packet with half and half. Mix well and pour over croissant pudding servings

Heat chocolate in a zip lock bag for 30-60 seconds until melted. Cut a small corner of ziploc bag off and drizzle melted chocolate over croissant pudding servings. shake powdered sugar over pudding and serve.
