Ingredients

1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 c almond milk
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
pinch of salt
2 tsp maple syrup
1oz. warm espresso
1/4 t vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 c rolled oats
Top with:
1 banana, sliced
1-2 Tbsp walnuts or pecans, crushed (optional)
maple syrup to taste to serve (optional)

Tips
Process oats in a blender or food processor to achieve a thicker consistency.

Directions
Mix cocoa and non-dairy milk; whisk until dissolved. You may need to warm up the milk to help with this.
Add flax, salt, maple syrup, espresso, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated.
Fold in rolled oats.
Place in a jar or bowl, covered, overnight or for about 8 hours.
Top with banana or other toppings and enjoy!
