Introduction

Made with cottage cheese, cheddar and Parmesan cheese, very easy and tasty! Made with cottage cheese, cheddar and Parmesan cheese, very easy and tasty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups 1% cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1 whole egg
    3 egg whites
    2 cups chopped bell peppers
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1/2 cup flour

Tips

I made this with pepper jack cheese and it was so good! You use different veggies or even add ham, just make sure you cook your veggies first or it may get too watery.


Directions

Saute veggies in canola oil until soft and add remaing ingredients and mix well. Coat a 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
