Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast shredded
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Dash of pepper
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 yellow onion, diced
4 ribs celery, diced
3 large carrots, sliced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or three sprigs fresh Thyme)
1 cup Homemade style Egg Pasta
6 cups chicken broth
.25 teaspoon pepper
1 cup frozen corn kernels (optional)

Directions
1. Toss shredded chicken breast into flour seasoned with dash of pepper until pieces are lightly coated.
2. With cooker's lid off, heat butter on HIGH or "brown," until melted and sizzling
3. Place the coated chicken in cooker, and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minuets.
4. Add onion, celery, carrots, and thyme- stir well, cooking 1 additional minuet.
5. Cover all with pasta, chicken broth, and pepper. Securely lock the pressure cooker's lid and set for 6 minuets on HIGH.
6. Preform a quick release to release the cooker's pressure.
7. Stir in corn kernels and simmer 1 minuet before serving. (optional)
