Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 Dr Oetker Egg White Powder (5 sachets produces 10 egg whites). (The advantage of these is that they are pasturised and now come free range too)
    6 Tablespoons of Splenda or other granulated sweetner
    1tsp Cream of tartar
    125g Plain, white flour
    100g Caster Sugar
    50g Icing Sugar
    0.5tsp powdered almonds if liked

Directions

Mix the ingredients very well in a large bowl or sealed bag. Take 3 tablespoons and mix well with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave safe container (such as a mug)
Store the rest of the dry mixture in an airtight container

Place in the microwave for 1 minute on high.

Leave to cool for 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 small microwaveable desserts.
