Introduction

This is the dough I use to make home made pizza in the bread machine. This is the dough I use to make home made pizza in the bread machine.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup warm water
    1.5 Tbs olive oil
    2 2/3 Cup Flour
    3/4 tsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 Tbs PLUS 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed in your bread machine and set it to white dough cycle. This runs about 2 hours on my machine. I use a 15 inch pizza pan and press my dough in as I have no pizza spinning skills.

Add your own favorite sauce and toppings. recipe only calculates the dough.

I bake mine at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Serving is 1/8 of the pizza, one slice when cut in eighths.
