Introduction

Ingredients

    Ice Cubes (1 cup)
    1/2 C water
    1/2 C Milk - skim
    Banana - 1/2 sliced frozen, small
    2t. Cocoa powder
    2T. Peanut Butter extra chunky
    Almonds, 6-7
    2T. dry oats
    1T. flax seed meal
    3 T Greek yogurt, plain
    3-5 Dried prunes
    2 packets Splenda (optional - not really necessary if you don't like it really sweet, the prunes do a good job of adding sweetness)



Directions

Mix all ingredients well in blender until smooth, I use a Nutribullet, but Vitamix, Ninja - they do a good job.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large 12 oz servings.
