Introduction

Ingredients

    250g flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    50g plain yogurt
    80ml milk

Tips

Make sure the grill tray is at least 4 inches from element - the breads puff up.

yogurt and milk make up 130ml, and the oil is essential


Directions

Mix ingredients, knead, add a splash more milk if dry.

divide into portions and roll out.
