    1 Ripe Banana Mashed
    1/2 Cup Almond Milk
    1 Box Jiffy Corn bread mix

Directions

Mash Banana add milk and jiffy corn bread mix. Mix untill smooth. spray muffin tins with cooking spray and add mix to 6 cups. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes
