Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup
*Great value old fashion oatmeal, 1 cup
*Salt (table), 1.5 tsp
Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
*Splenda, 24 tsp
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value 1/3 cup
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp
Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1/2 cup
Directions
pass the cranberries, the chips, and 1/2 cup of the oatmeal in food processor, each separated.. mix oatmeal, plain flour (all Pur),salt, baking powder,mix well.... in separate bowl lightly beat the eggs, pour in the milk, applesauce, extract.. mix well... combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture, mix well, drop in the chips and berries, mix well. divide evenly into 12 muffin cavities... bake @375* for 15 to 20 mins. until lightly browned on top... any butter or jam added to these are not figured in the calories..
