Introduction
I wanted to find a way to use the leftover pulp from juicing. First made this recipe with sugar, but tried it with honey and it cut the calories down a lot. This recipe is based on only carrots and apples being juiced. The bananas are the little apple bananas (manzano bananas), not regular bananas. These are moist, cake-like cookies.
