Ingredients

    I actually used Jennie-O Ground Turkey Sausage, but that wouldn't come up on the ingredients list.

    SO 1lb of Jennie-O ground turkey sausage
    6 eggs (scrambled)
    1 Cup of Fresh Spinach
    1/2 of a Bell Pepper (any color, i like red)

    Seperate:
    Whole wheat or your preference Tortillas
    Colby Jack Shredded Cheese

Tips

I also like Hot sauce on mine, but not everyone does. :-)


Directions

Prepare Eggs to preferred texture.
Separately cook sausage until good and browned, add Spinach and bell pepper and saute with sausage for another 5-8 minutes. Prepare Tortillas. Put sausage and egg together on each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top. ROll into a burrito fold, and either stick in plastic bag to freeze for later, or eat immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Full Burritos, or 12 Smaller ones.
