Ingredients

    Chorizo, pork and beef, 1 oz (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .333 tbsp (remove)
    *Garlic (1 clove), 1 serving (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), .125 cup (remove)
    *Fish Sauce, .125 tbsp (remove)
    *Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Kikkom Ponzu Sauce, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g, .5 serving (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, .5 cup (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

1. Chop onion, garlic, ginger, broccoli and bock choy
2. Put chorizo into sauce pan with olive oil on medium heat to begin browning. It's fine if it sticks to the bottom of the pan.
3. Add onions and ginger in about 5 minutes and garlic about 5 minutes after that.
4. Add all three sauces and stir together
5. Add chicken broth and stir, scraping bottom of pan to get all the stuck on bits. (This is going to make your broth taste AMAZING!)
6. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil.
7. Add rice, broccoli and sugar snap peas
8. When rice is about 5 minutes away from being done cooked add bok choy
9. When rice is cooked, serve and garnish with cilantro
