    Canned Stewed Tomatoes
    Canned Green Chili Peppers
    Rotel
    Salsa
    Lime Juice
    Red and Green Peppers

Tips

Eat with brown rice and a tidbit of cheese and sour cream, or for a more paleo version, skip cheese and sour cream and wrap in lettuce!


Directions

Cook meat with onion, peppers, and salsa. Add spices as you wish. Drain meat then add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until it's all heated thoroughly.
