Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3.5 cups oatmeal
    1.5 cups dry instant milk
    0.5 cups Mrs Butterworth's Sugar Free pancake syrup
    0.5 cups sugar free Torani caramel coffee flavoring
    1/3 cup PB2 (made)
    0.5 cups no sugar added apple sauce
    5 scoops GNC Amplified Whey Protein (vanilla)
    0.25 cups water

Tips

I actually cut back on the pancake syrup because I thought the bars were really sweet.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 for 22 minutes, or until edges are browned. Refrigerate after they cool as they will get moldy quickly otherwise. Freeze well!
