Ingredients

    2 Pounds Top Round, Cubed
    1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
    1/4 Cup Oat Flour
    2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
    2 15oz Cans Kidney Beans, Rinsed and Drained
    6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
    1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
    1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
    1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
    1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
    1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
    3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
    3 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
    1 Large White Onion, Chopped
    12 Mini Bell Peppers, Chopped
    2 Green Onions
    2 Cups Turkey Stock



Directions

In a large skillet or Dutch oven heat 1/2 the oil over medium high heat. Add 1 pound of the meat and brown on all sides. Strain meat and place into crock pot. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.

Sprinkle oat flour and cocoa over meat and stir well to evenly incorporate.

Add remaining 16 ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

Serving Size: Makes 20 1-Cup Portions

    Spicy without being overly hot. My family liked the taste while I liked that it was made from real ingredients. not pre-prepared processed components. No additional salt added - definitely doesn't need it, tasty enough as it is. - 6/1/14
