Ingredients

    instant vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
    crushed pineapple with splenda (20 oz)
    sour cream 8 oz
    flaked coconut 2 tablespoons
    shortbread crust



Directions

Mix pudding mix and sour cream with crushed pineapple. Pour into crust. Sprinkle coconut on top.
Top wth maraschino cherries and pineapple (I used fresh). Chill
