Ingredients

    Bratwurst, 5 link
    Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato, 1 cup
    Scallions, raw, 4 small (3" long)

Directions

Boil the brats, drain water. then cut the brats into small pieces -cut the scallions into small pieces and fry them together until the brat chunks are browned. Add the can of tomatoes, and simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Serve over your favorite pasta or in a tortilla.
