Ingredients

Thinly sliced 2 bell peppers (Red, Yellow, or Orange)
Thinly sliced Onion
2 tbsp. Peanut Oil
2 cups Green Beans
3 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups chicken broth
5 tbsp. Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
1 - 2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce (for stir frying chicken in)
4 cloves garlic chopped
3 tbsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp./ 1/4 cup corn starch
1 can Geisha bean sprouts
1 can Geisha sliced water chestnuts
Tips
Serve over white or brown rice.
Directions
Warn 1 tbsp. peanut oil in a Wok on high
Rinse and thinly slice 2 sweet bell peppers and one onion and place in wok stirring for about 4 minutes or until slightly tender and set a side in a small bowl.
Chop 4 cloves garlic and thinly slice chicken breasts into strips. Add 1 tbsp. more of peanut oil to pan adding garlic, chicken, and teriyaki sauce tossing in wok for about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl or measuring cup mix garlic teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, ginger, and corn starch.
Stir in beans and water chestnuts for about 1 minute, then add bean sprouts (Drained and Rinsed) and onions to wok mixing well. Add sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
