Ingredients

    1 med banana, mashed
    1 med egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup skim milk (can be more or less depending on desired thickness)
    2/3 cup ground oatmeal, or oat flour
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Great with warmed almond butter instead of syrup.


Directions

Mix mashed banana and egg until fluffy then stir in vanilla and milk. Combine oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add wet ingredients into dry mixture. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a skillet over medium-low heat. When bubbles form in the middle and begin to pop, flip and cook for a minute longer. Repeat until batter is Gond.
