Introduction

I was craving egg salad and am trying to avoid mayonaise. This is what I came up with. I was craving egg salad and am trying to avoid mayonaise. This is what I came up with.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Egg, Hard Boiled, peeled
    1 Tbsp 1% Milk
    1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

Directions

Cut egg in half; remove yolk, dice egg white. Place yolk in small bowl and mash with fork. Add Milk, Mustard, and Relish. Add more milk, if needed, to reach desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the diced egg white and combine.

Makes enough egg salad for one sandwich.
