    3 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 tsp salt
    3 tbls chia seeds
    3 tbls flax seeds
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1/4 brown sugar
    1/3 cup dried cranberries - from Sprouts


a handful of Coconut can also be added for the last 5 minutes of cooking time
1/2 cup vanilla kefir will add 70 calories to to basic 323 dry count


Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly [except fruit]
mix oil, syrup and honey together well
Drizzle over dry ingredients and toss til fully coated
Pour into parchment lined baking tray
Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees, stirrring every 15 min
Remove from oven and mix in cranberries
Let cool for 20 min
Place in airtight container or zip lock bag
