Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 head cauliflower- riced
    1 whole egg
    1 cup shredded cheese (use some for crust and some for topping)
    1 clove garlic
    dry salami for topping
    Stub's BBQ sauce in place of pizza sauce
    itallian seasoning

Tips

after 20 min flip crust (by placing another sheet of parchment paper on top of it) and bake for another 5-10 minutes before adding the toppings.


Directions

combine cauliflower, egg, most cheese, garlic, itallian seasoning. Form into crust on parchment paper. Bake at 400 for about 15-20 min. Top with sauce, cheese, salami, bake 10 more min.
