Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Baby Spinach (raw), 1 cup
    10 baby carrots raw, 1 serving
    Celery, raw, .5 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 4 berry
    Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries, .25 cup
    Ice (optional if not using frozen fruits)
    cold water

Tips

I use frozen fruit so the smoothie comes out like a slushie. If using fresh fruit then use ice and very cold water.


Directions

peal and cut ingredients into chunks
place in the blender or nutriblast and blend until smooth

Serving Size: 1 large smoothie or 2 small
