Introduction

Less sugar than usual. I freeze 1/8c (2Tbsp) portions for wraps and sandwiches. Less sugar than usual. I freeze 1/8c (2Tbsp) portions for wraps and sandwiches.

Ingredients

    1/2 c water
    1/2 c white sugar
    4 c cranberries, fresh or frozen

Tips

I freeze in mini muffin tins then pop out into a freezer bag.


Directions

Bring to boil, simmer about 10 minutes till berries are all popped, stirring frequently. I covered it off and on to moderate heat and moisture.
Yielded 2 cups.
