Introduction

A yummy rolled egg dish loaded with veggies and soy beans. A yummy rolled egg dish loaded with veggies and soy beans.

Ingredients

    2 cups liquid egg whites
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup chopped/torn kale
    1/2 cup black soy beans
    4 oz chopped ham
    1/2 cup mozz cheese
    1 tbsp mesquite seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray the foil with olive oil. Mix all ingredients except cheese together. Pour mixture on prepared pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture evenly. Put into preheated oven and cook for about 10 min or until eggs mixture looks set. Take out and let cool for a few minutes, then taking one end of the foil, start to roll the egg dish into a wheel. Slice into 6 pieces.
