Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    10 baby carrots
    1 small onion
    15 sugar snap peas
    1/2 cup green bell pepper
    3 cauliflower floweret chopped
    4 tbs of Panda Express Mandarin Sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Add chopped baby carrots, onion, sugar snap peas, bell pepper and cauliflower. Stir and cook until tender. Add Mandarin sauce and mix.

Can serve over rice or noodles.

Serving Size: Makes approx 6 (1/2 cup) servings
