Ingredients

    8 green tea bags
    a handful of mint leaves (or make them mint green tea bags)
    3/4 c sugar
    1/4 c lime juice

Tips

if you use boiling hot water, it will bruise the green tea and give it a bitter taste.


Directions

heat the water to 70 deg, or boil and let stand for 5 minutes. pour 4 c of hot water over the tea bags and mint leaves. let stand for 10 minutes. removed tea bags and what you can of the mint. dd the sugar and stir to dissolve. pout though a sieve to remove the mint leaves. pour in 4 c of cold water and stir in the lime juice. chill in your fridge.
