Ingredients

    1/2 C. Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
    5 T. Yeast
    2 tsp. Salt
    2 pillow packs Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    16 oz. shreddedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 can chopped Black Olives
    2 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 C. chopped Onions
    3 C. tomato sauce
    3 C. Mushroom pieces
    6 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 C. warm Water


Directions

Make dough mixing flour, yeast, powdered milk, salt, sugar and WARM water. Allow to rise a little while preparing fillings. Cut dough into 20 equal pieces. Roll out thinly, fill with filling and fold up, no need to press. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Can also use half and half white flour/ whole wheat flour.
