Ingredients

    1 tsp margarine
    1egg
    1/4 cup ground flax
    2 tbsp. hemp seed(optional)
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 pkg of sweetner


Tips

I've substituted chia seed for the flax and it worked well also .


Directions

Using a microwave melt margarine in a coffee cup.
Add other ingredients and stir. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 sec or 2 minutes if using hemp seed.
